HiTek Media provides web development, software development, and digital consulting services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure all content provided is legally owned and properly licensed
• Make payments according to agreed terms

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom-developed code and content. HiTek Media retains the right to use general methodologies, techniques, and know-how developed during the project for future work.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees. HiTek Media reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

HiTek Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. This confidentiality extends beyond the completion of projects.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed to date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
